Did You Plan Christmas?

This year during our Planning Christmas series we asked if your church had started planning for Christmas.

Less than half the churches in our poll did serious Christmas planning. 37% started planning early and another 9% plan year round.

But then there’s the procrastinators. 36% had a basic plan, but hadn’t firmed up the details. 9% were waiting for November to talk Christmas and another 9% were planning to do last minute planning (!).

Maybe in 2012 you should schedule a Christmas planning meeting in July. Now’s the time to put it on the calendar.
